Our first 100% lager made with ingredients from Quebec. Slightly cloudy blond beer topped with a beautiful white head. On the nose, we detect herbaceous notes of Saaz hops. On the palate, the biting acidity then balances out the dryness of this beer. Nice mix of fresh cereal with herbaceous touches.
