Pilsner made from 100% Quebec ingredients and partnership with the Caux-Laflamme malting, the Bastien hops and the Brewing Solution Lab. On the nose, a pilsner malt brings lovely aromas of fresh bread and bread dough. Added to this blend is a small floral side of the Crystal hops. On the palate, the dryness brings a refreshing side and a nice drinkability. The sweet flavors of barley and wheat cereals complete this Quebec beer.
