India pale ale type beer aged in barrels of Italian red wine - Brunello - which give it aromas of orange as well as a sublime floral and herbaceous fragrance. On the palate, we find a taste of citrus, sour candy and refined touches of white wine. The term "wild" comes from so-called wild yeasts, which are used in the making.
